LUNARY Premium Magnesium Complex 4 provides four highly bioavailable forms of magnesium – magnesium gluconate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium carbonate, and trimagnesium dicitrate anhydrous – for effective daily magnesium support. The formula excludes magnesium oxide. It is additionally enriched with vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.*
Each capsule delivers 150 mg of elemental magnesium.
Recommended intake: 2 capsules per day (300 mg magnesium).
According to the German Nutrition Society (DGE), a daily magnesium intake of 300–400 mg is recommended. Individual requirements may vary.
* In accordance with EU Regulation, vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supports the immune system, and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Take two capsules per day with sufficient water. It is advisable to distribute the intake throughout the day, as only a limited amount of magnesium can be absorbed via the intestinal mucosa. Suitable times to take the capsules include in the morning after waking, after physical activity, or in the evening before bedtime. Ideally on an empty stomach or at least 30 minutes before a meal.
