An eye-catcher with a bold motif, the Georgia Cookie Jar shakes up your countertop – and brings a certain extravagance to the home. The high-fired, white, matt porcelain is shaped like naked female breasts all around and the lid has the relief of a mouth with a tongue sticking out. A provocative but wonderfully artistic eye-catcher.
Inspired by American artist Georgia O'Keeffe, wife and muse of art dealer and renowned photographer Alfred Stieglitz. For his Muse collection, star ceramicist Jonathan Adler shapes and designs the models classically and then replaces the characteristic geometric relief patterns with body parts such as faces, hands, breasts - or lips to create a surreal style.
